"good hotel with lively piano bar, plently choice for buffet breakfast. very helpful reception staff. close to 2 of the christmas markets. no tea/coffee making facilities in the room"

"We were staying in old wings where lift started from first floor. It extremly inconvenient particularly with lugague.No body answered the phone when we called from station to ask for direction.Room and bath room were too small.Once there it is ok for shopping etc."
