I arrived promptly at 4pm check in and reminded the staff that I had requsted a first floor room or room near an elevator.Under great protest, I was put into their hillside villa, with a walk up of at leasrt 50-70 ft and two filghts of stairs. I asked to speak to a manager and was told their was none and there was nothing that could be done. I left the lobby and was driven to the site by the bellboy and with great diffilculty accessed the room. I called the next morning to request a room change and was told their were no other rooms. I requested a manager and was told he would be in on Monday morning at nine. I called the desk promptly at 9:00 on Monday and was told he was in a meeting until noon. I had been unable to leave the room since checking in on Saturday and was pretty fed up with no one having any power help me. I called the 800 number on the confirmation we had printed. Diamond Resorts' headquarters had to contact the manager on site and request a different room. At around 2:30 on Monday afternoon I finally got a room with elevator access. I later left the resort to get dinner and returned to an elevator that didn't work. When I called to report the non working elevator I was told that someone else had reported itand they would check it out. The next morning it was still not working and they were still checking it out. I went to the lobby to "meet the manager" ,which they advertise as a feature of the resort and there was no manager available. I was able to speak to the acting manager (at the desk) who appeared to be the same person I had been speaking to for 3 days and had no power to rectify anything. A staff that is powerless to help a guest or rectify a situation in a timely fashion is useless.For two days of a three day stay I could not find anyone to even take me seriously. I do not ever plan to visit this resort again as I have never seen sucn incompetence in action.

enjoyed the stay! only disapoint was only one day of housekeeping, for the week. but it wasn't so bad only two of us.

I've stayed at this hotel several times, the value and location are excellent! I stay in the small studio room and it has a pull out couch and full kitchen...

The hotel has a very nice beach, exactly what I was looking for, like a pool, so calm, no waves, has free parking if you are renting a car, fully equipped kitchen, less than 10 minutes from the airport , perfect location, and very clean.
