The room was not cleaned, the shower was broken, and the employed was helping themselves with food from the buffet !

A 4 star rather than 5 star hotel. Comfortable bed. Good location. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. The shower is small but the same as a usual size in a Japanese hotel room.

We had a lovely stay at First Hotel Noble House, which is centrally located just off the main pedestrian mall and with good size rooms. The staff were extremely helpful and the cuppucino machine and open fire place near reception were a nice touch after spending a cold winter day outdoors. The only draw back was negotiating the stairs with our suitcases, firstly to enter the building and again to reach the elevators to the rooms. We would definitely stay here again.
