Fiesta Resort Conference Center Tempe Guest Reviews
I have stayed at the Fiesta Resort many times and am never disappointed. It's just about ten to fifteen minutes from the airport (Sky Harbor) and has all the extras I need. GREAT hot tub, Business Center with internet access and printer, Great restaurant (probably the best kept secret in Phoenix/Tempe area. Comfortable beds and ample room size. The staff is friendly and helpful and never keeps me waiting. When purchased as a package, the room and rental car is half the price than if you get them individually. Can't say enough good about this spot!

Relaxing atmosphere and beautiful grounds. Plenty of parking and spacious rooms. Close to shopping and many restaurant options.

The beds were very confortable! The rooms were clean and well maintained. The pool area was a great way to spend our down time! The people who work there were very friendly and helpful! The resturant food was very good!

Good resort for business short stays. Rooms ar a bit dated, but clean. Pool is nice and centered in the middle of all the rooms. Easy access from anywhere. Bathrooms need exhaust fans. No way to clear the heat from a shower.

I came to Tempe to explore whether I want to make a permanent move here this fall. A very good friend, who lived in Tempe for many years, met me but stayed in another hotel (kudos to her). The "good" - the gentlemen who operate the hotel shuttle are your first and last point of contact and would make you want to stay here no matter what, if you were riding around in the shuttle with them all day! Otherwise, it's a great location, lobby has a nice appearance and the outdoor pool opening at 6am, when it's safe to go for a swim in 115 degree weather, is a plus! The 24 hour business center gets a nod too. The "bad"- practically everything else...It started with the hike to reach my room with my luggage in tow; I would have worn my jogging shoes if I'd known. Within the next hour I peered back at a pair of used false eyelashes staring at me from across the shower. REALLY!!! And it doesn't end with the AC unit being extremely noisy but producing very little cool air, but I'll stop there. The "in-between" - the inconsistent front desk staffers. They were either very customer service oriented or lacked any sign of training in customer service and/or customer satisfaction. Not my best hotel stay by far, but I loved Tempe, Old Town Scottsdale and Phoenix proper.
