Fiera Hotel Verona Guest Reviews
This hotel is in a very good location on the edge of the city centre. The buses go from outside the hotel regularly and cost just one euro each!!!! A taxi only costs 10 euros so for 5 people it was a good deal. Verona was fantastic! So beautiful and compact so you can walk around everywhere easily. The opera in the arena is fantastic. We sat on the stone steps and booked on the day and paid 23 euros each!!!! There is a wonderful restaurant near the hotel called Carpe Diem where all the locals eat. The pasta is to die for!!!! Now the bad bit. Someone needs to teach the hotel staff to SMILE! From the reception to thr restaurant they all seemed to have a chip on their shoulder. Get a life guys!!! P. S. Fantastic Lidl supermarket next door to hotel. Fresh fruit, beer wine etc very cheap.
