Very pleased with the hotel. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was satifactory for the price. Had to change rooms after the first night because we were put in a twin room despite requesting double. This was especially annoying because we were on our honeymoon. Could not swap when we arrived for some reason... We were disappointed by the location, it was quite a distance from the old medina where we wanted to explore. Distance from city refers to NEW city, not the old medina. Wouldn't stay here again because of the distance.

Fes Inn Hotel Fez is a good hotel but the first nigth we were acomodated in an other hotel because they gave our room to other people and this other hotel was worse.
