Ferryport House Rosslare Guest Reviews
I booked this hotel for it's location, as it's right next to the ferry terminal, and we had an early morning departure. It was very ordinary and I never got their wi-fi to work.

Ideal for overnight stay when using Rosslare Ferry port.

Dont arrive here too early in the day for your ferry as there is nothing to do and no where near by to eat. Food at the hotel incredibly expensive. Breakfast only available from 7 and you have to be at the ferry at 7. No one at the desk in the morning that early either so just had to leave room key and hope it was ok! A key box would be a good idea. Basic room, uncomfortable bed. No internet. Good location for an early ferry.

When travelling with two small children, the staff were very helpfull with all aspects of our stay, from meals to cots for the children. The accomodation was first clas and the meal in the restaurant was one of the best we have had. All round a very good experence.

The first ferry leaves at 8AM but breakfast is only available from 7AM not leaving enough time to have breakfast which is included in the tariff. I suggest that "Continental type" facilities could be provided "in room". Restaurant excellent. Careful if arriving by train because there are no taxis on hand at station.
