This is a good downtown Hotel, the rooms are big and clean. Furniture needs and upgrade other than that the room was good and everything works. I had requested balcony with a view and I was only able to get one after the manager came out to talk to us.

The hotel is located 2 blocks away from the cathedral, in a very safe area, it can be kind of noisy because it's on a busy street. The staff was very helpfull and friendly, the only thing i didnt like is that there wasn't a blowdrier in the bathrroom and the water wasn't very hot.

I don't know were to begin with, but this hotel sucks! I remember staying at this same hotel about 15 years ago with my family...I didn't learn my lesson. Back then the shower water went out and the following day when it did come out, brown water followed. Don't even bother. Restrooms were small and there was also dim light in there. The bath tub was cracked/patched and slippery in the middle. I saw a couple of roaches in the lobby. Employees are not friendly and don't greet you at all. They give you the economical rooms, which start at the 3rd floor and have railing which is really dangerous if you have kids. The worst thing of all is that they lied to me. They told me that Wi-Fi was 50 pesos per night wereas my brother they gave him the password. Over 50 percent of the time the Wi-Fi doesn't work. They also lied to me telling me that supposedly the 1st 2 nights only the 2 bottle water in the room was free but then my brother talked to them and they told him otherwise after he had complained. There was blood stains on my brothers bed in his room....yuck! Overall, I know what I'm telling you, stay away from this hotel!!!!
