Staff were very helpful, Spa was lovely and well priced. Hotel was close to mini mart, money changer, Waterbom park, walking distance to beach and shops. This is not a 5 star hotel but had everything we needed and was very clean. I would stay here again

GREAT. located in great location, on the main strip of south kuta. hotel is very relaxed. very clean. staff are very friendly. they even help you cross the road. 24 mini mart next to the hotel. lots of good eating places located near the hotel. everything is walking distance from the hotel. Safe at night. ample parking if you plan to hire a scooter

The up-grading has only enhanced this hotel. Great service as always, friendly & helpfull staff. Geat place to stay & very central to everything that you need.

Love staying here. Keep going back time & time again.Staff is always supper friendly, never had a hassel. Good location. Good food. Cood pricing for everything. would & have recommended this hotel to friends

My personal opinion, the hotel is really great place to stay. Their staff are friendly, very clean and good environment. The only thing, they shld provide iron box for customers. otherwise, this hotel is really great. happy staying..
