This is an excellent hotel with good location in Saigon, very close to main business district. The room was excellent, and the service from the staff was as good or even better than at any 5* property. I plan to stay in this same hotel again in the future.

Family Inn Saigon Hotel enabled me to enjoy a very pleasant stay in Ho Chi Minh City. The staff were friendly and helpful, service was very good. The Restaurant provides a good spread for breakfast which I enjoyed very much. It was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay, will be back the next time I am in Ho Chi Minh City.

Would highly recommend The Family Inn Saigon for anyone looking to stay in a quality hotel at a budget price. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. It is conveniently located within walking distance of Ben Thanh markets, museums and great places to eat. The Family Inn will from now on be my hotel of choice whenever i'm in Saigon.

friendly staff, they even sent flowers for to my son for his 16th birthday. breakfast was enjoyable and there was enough selection for all the family's different taste. we ordered different room types to what we were given but it didn't really matter. would be better with a pool.
