Very reasonable price, good accomodation, in a great location close to Paddington underground station and Egware road. I think a must for bohemiene travellers.

A comfy hotel in a decent location for a reasonable price with good customer service. Excellent food outlet options in the area.

The room is so so so small, and the floor are just like mountains, they are not flat at all !!! it's quite hot there. and you cannot take a shower after 11:00pm or before 7:00am!

Location. That is what Fairways is about. Great spot 5 minutes walk from Paddington Train Station. You'll pay a lot for a room a bed - that's it. My room was tiny; no chair or desk. Nowhere to hang clothes and I was literally living out of my luggage because there was no room to put it aside. The room was clean though. A kettle was supplied. My room was next to the shared shower and toilet, but there was little or no noise because of it. My window overlooked a restaurant and the noise from diners at night was close to unbearable. There is no lift and no internet access. The reception staff were indifferent at best. In any other city in the world this hotel would not cut it, but London accomodation is outrageous. Nothing you can do about it, so given this fact, Fairways is not a terrible option - it is just a little frustrating to pay so much and get so little. Would I stay again? Probably, only because there is no real opposition and the location in brilliant.
