I've been especially impressed by the 2 receptionists (both female staff members) who did my check-in/check-out job. Their attitude was more than expected, even admitting that the Thais in general have the highly reputed quality service & hospitality. What was not able to be overlooked, however, was the aging facility of the "Wing" rooms, one of which I had stayed. I believe it could not been helped, in view of the tough competition in Pattaya and the worsening economic outlook in Thailand due to the recent affairs. I, on the other hand, have noticed the sports facilities (which are the Hotel's biggest selling) have been updated in a state-of-the-art way, under some focused investment.

If you like fitness, tennis, squash, swimming or rock klimbing, this is THE place. Up to date equipement everywhere. Std rooms small, so if you need a bit luxury book deluxe room at the main building. Nr 1 for <uy Thai (Thai boxing) and you will hear this morning and afternoon. Try it yourself. Fantastic fitness

A nice hotel, but its location in north Pattaya will not suit everyone. I was put in an annex room, at a lower price, but I still though expense for the facilities. There is far better value in town, but of course more noise and congestion.
