Fun neighborhood, safe & comfortable hotel, friendly staff! Not your usual stuffy hotel for a business trip

The staff were very friendly. The Toielt was not wooooooorking properly. The TV was old analog TV.

Great location! Walking distance to the mall and other museums. Lovely newly renovated bathrooms and room service staff had a sense of humor! Bit of confusion as to whether the fitness room was operating--turned out it wasn't. But all in all a good, value for money, well located hotel--who can ask for more?

The lighting in the room was very poor - too bad if you wanted to read a book. Other than that, great value for money.

Very helpful staff. Excellent location. Very comfortable beds. Apart from the construction view from the window (which can't be helped) - I would recommend anyone to say here - and would stay there again if ever in Washington DC
