Great location! Walking distance to the mall and other museums. Lovely newly renovated bathrooms and room service staff had a sense of humor! Bit of confusion as to whether the fitness room was operating--turned out it wasn't. But all in all a good, value for money, well located hotel--who can ask for more?

The lighting in the room was very poor - too bad if you wanted to read a book. Other than that, great value for money.

Very helpful staff. Excellent location. Very comfortable beds. Apart from the construction view from the window (which can't be helped) - I would recommend anyone to say here - and would stay there again if ever in Washington DC

Well located at eastern end of China town. Several good restaurants nearby and the subway (Metro) is very close buy and functional for getting around to the tourist sites. Underground parking at hotel costs about $15 per day but this is better than leaving car on the streeet - if you can find a spot. I would use this hotel again.

We were pleased with our stay at Red Roof. I thought the staff was friendly and helpful. When I returned home I discovered I lost a necklace. I called Red Roof and their housekeeping department contacted me. The necklace was not found but I greatly appreciated their effort in helping me find it.

Very close to subway (the trains, not the food!). Therefore quick and easy to get around the city. Good price.

It was quite convenient for the ones who have appointments in downtown. Also the receptionists try to do their best to help the guests. The only problem the hotel had overbooked I think and transfered us to another Red Roof Hotel Springfield for the first night.Except this everything was quite good to remember
