Super location for Rochester Airport. You can literally walk into the terminal. The rooms were surprising well decorated and clean. Towels were pretty skimpy & thin, and our room had some sort of plumbing issue where the sink drained terribly slow and gurgled often. What was really odd was that both desk clerks at check in & check out had their complete demeanor change when they saw I booked through Orbitz. "Oh, you used Orbitz..." <exhausted sigh> . Not sure what that was about, but when both of them did it, it was rather odd...
