My wife and I enjoyed our three day stay. The location from the airport and other destinations were great. Our room was clean and comfortable along with the usual amenities. However, the bath towels were a little too thin. We had to pay for parking which I don't believe in when staying at a branded hotel chain. Staff was polite and helpful.

Hotel is situated within a 10 minute drive to the JFK terminals. Although in a relatively busy part of Jamaica, Queens, NY, I found the room to be very quiet, comfortable and relaxing. There is valet parking behind the hotel for which you will be charged $10 per night. My car was retrieved very quickly upon check out. Continental breakfast (included) was reasonable.

My husband and I had a very pleasant stay at the fairfield Inn. from the front desk to housekeeping, the services was excellent. Will like to lodge here on our next visit to New York. Thanks, Jane.

Staff was very polite and helpful; room & other facilities were clean; nice workout room; Very nice continental breakfast area & menu - the staff who maintained this area were also great!

Everything was great, the people, the room, the food, etc, but the only problem / inconvenience was that the hotel shuttle does not pick up airport passengers at their terminal, but rather at a central location, which means you have to take the airtrain and move your luggage etc across the terminal to get there. There is no problem going home, since the shuttle drops you off directly at your respective terminal. :)
