Good overall for price. Breakfast variety needs to be improved. Better coffee would be nice (too watered down)

The hotel itself was pretty nice and clean. The rooms are small, but fully equipped and very comfortable. They're basically small studio apartments. The bed was comfortable and so was the big chair in the "livingroom" area. WIFI was available for a very modest one-time fee for the entire duration of my stay and the connection speed was decent. There's a small fitness center with treadmills and other equipment and there's also plenty of parking. Interestingly, the hotel sits right behind a gentlemen's club. However, this was a non-issue because there was nothing funny going on outside the hotel or the club, nor were there strange or suspicious people hanging around. The only problem with the room was the shower. The diverter was not working properly, so much of the water leaked out from the faucet. The result was low pressure at the shower head. Not terrible, so I left it as is. Continental breakfast was a joke - individually wrapped bagels and muffins. The only beverages offered were coffee and tea. There are vending machines, however, with modest prices. Definitely no signs of price gouging anywhere. The hotel is very close to the airport. I would definitely stay here again and would not mind at all staying here with my wife on my next trip to Tampa. Highly recommended.
