unsatisfactory didnt have a room available upon arrival transferred my company n i to another was greeted with respect but was told i was supposed to request sheets upon getting the room that should already be there same with coffee towels I have done housekeeping and more for hotels and extended stay was terrible

The best thing is that it was clean. After that, the negative things kept coming up. I was within 20 feet of the ice/vending machines as well as the floor's trash room. So there was plenty of activity outside my door. I had to be up before 7am each morning of my very mentally intense week so I didn't get quite get the sleep I had hoped for. Also, when the writeup says extra charges may apply, it includes paying to park in the hotel parking lot, taking your own used towels down to the front desk if you stay less than a week, and a user fee for wireless internet. I just wish I would have known all of this before arrived.
