This hotel is really bad...dirty rooms, horrible beds, they all squeak and are uncomfortable...the staff are nice but who cares!! Long distance charges are a robbery...they do not disclose the rates and the staff claim not to know the rates...I made a 10 min call and got charged $79...the invoice just stated 10 min and charged me $79, no rates, connection fee, etc disclosed. As far as I'm concerned, they can charge whatever they want and you cannot do anything about it. Really dirty rooms as it is, no housekeeping, no changing of towels, very disappointed. AND not cheap!!!! I do not recommend you stay here, spend the extra $10-$15 for a better hotel.

Well, for mistake they give a smoking room but they exchange for the non-smoking like i request on my aplication.

Emergency trip to South Orange county and just needed a place to sleep from 11pm til 8am. That's what I got! Hotel was not where I expected, and getting directions from the manager over the phone was useless. When I arrived there was no one at the front desk which had a gate barrier. Called and finally got someone to come out of office and check me in. Never opened gate, just passed credit card and papers underneath. Then the room - Handicapped room with very funky bathroom that didn't look clean. Decided not to look too hard and just fell into bed. Woke up next morning to strange loud sounds (still not sure what they were). Clock said 7am which is time I set alarm for. Was actually 6am. Rather than spend extra time there, I decided to check out immediately and find somewhere else to be. Usually can find hidden gems for reasonable price, but not this time.
