Extended Stay America Oakland Alameda Hotel Guest Reviews
The hotel photos show some rooms upgraded with new linens and such, but I didn't get one and I was told all the beds are pretty much the same when I tried to switch after the first night. The bed was old and lumpy, the linens very old and suspect and the pillows were also old and thin. The internet (which was $4.99 for your stay) was super slow; according to the front desk the whole hotel shares one IP address...that was probably the issue. Would probably pay a little more to get a better bed and faster internet somewhere else.
