Extended Stay America Economy Austin Round Rock North Hotel Guest Reviews
Upon arriving at the Extended Stay-Austin, everything seemed to be up to par. We entered our room, which was average and appeared to be clean. The comforter had huge rips in it, our tv didn't work. After calling the front desk and being told multiple times they would come and swap our tv we finally gave up about 1130 pm. There were fleas in the bed, and soon after on us!! This probably had alot to do with the 'Pet Friendly' policy, I have indoor pets, none of which i travel with, but when I stay somewhere I do not expect to wake up with insect bites! Upon waking in the morning, and going to shower, our shower was less effective than a water hose would have been. There was no hot water. After going to the front desk and notifying them of this (and the flea issue) we were told that the water had been like that for a week and probably had something to do with Bastrop Fires (B.S!) Affter speaking to a manager I was told to call customer service if I had complaints with not so much as an apology. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!

Loved the hotel has everything I need kitchen wise to eat as a Vegan. The staff was overly accommodating.
