Extended Stay America Colorado Springs West Hotel Guest Reviews
The ac did not work in the room when I arrived, but i did not realize till next day. No one looked at it at my request, because girl did not write. However the night shift girl allowed me to change to the room of my choice. She was very helpful and kind. That was great until the heavy set person above us was extremely loud till all hours of the night. It would stop about the time we thought we should call and complain.
