Due to a convention in downtown Chicago, the nearest open hotel was near O'hare aiport. Frustrated after a half hour cab ride, I arriveed about 12:00am and the front desk woman was so pleasant and nice it made my night so much better. The rooms lacked toiletries like shampoo and conditioner, otherwise it was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

We came for business only. This hotel was well-located, clean, comfortable, and quiet. We both enjoyed the stay enough to make this a preferred site for the future.
