Express by Holiday Inn Hotel Oxford Guest Reviews
There are some decent buffet restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The room was comfortable size and clean. Hotel staff helped us use the bus system to get into the center of town. Oxford turns out to be my favorite UK city, so the trip was a success. There is a city bus tour that can be taken to get an idea of the location of the sites you want to see. I recommend taking the tour early in your visit.

I think every hotel should have a coin operated laundry facility because baggage allowances are being cut>

Clean and efficient, comfortable rooms but poor bedside reading lights.

I had a very pleasant stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The only negative point I would make is that I think the price for buying internet access was very unreasonable.
