Easy access. Close to everything. Helpful staff. I got lost once and they were quite helpful getting me back. They are even pet-friendly, a bonus for those who regard their pets as an extension of the family. Internet access, HBO, pool, complimentary breakfast. For the price, unbeatable. Lisa and her staff must be complimented.

This place is dated but my room was clean, quiet, large room with 2 beds, frdige & microwave, in a good location ~ Owners need to work on customer service, 1 gal was extremely rude, short, curt, and even kind of mean! Internet service was not reliable AT ALL & when I inquired about it, the rude one stated that even a passing cloud will knock it out of working BUT her service in the lobby was perfect! I needed internet service for work so this was frustrating! Good location, nice pool, broken spa, didn't try breakfast, note a 5 star but was just fine for me! Small kids at the pool were banchees & the mom would just shout at them in between her smokes and texting - pool at their trailer park must have been out so they came there - very sad to witness to the point that I cut my pool time short!

We had a very busy weekend of events we had to do, 1st we had the St Pete Pride Parade and then some Leather events we were in and it was great having a peaceful and clean room to come to at the end of the long days. Our stay was great, the room was very clean and very nice size, the only thing we were missing was the remote for the TV so we had to use the TV the old fashion way, lol. Customer service was very helpful and stores were very close to buy food and things we needed. Loved the pool, everything was very nice and clean there, enjoyed the outside area around the pool. Only complaint is that I had to pay extra to check out a couple of hours later but that's all. This motel is better than others that I have stayed in for more money in bigger and smaller cities. The next time I have to stay in Clear Water I will want the same place again, it's clean, friendly guests, staff and close to everything!!!!!

Booked a room with a king bed, got a room with two full beds. Asked to get a different room and they said they didn't have any. Also there was no remote for the tv, asked for that too and couldn't get one. Later we needed more towels..what do you know, could not get extra towels either. Will never stay there again.
