The stay was amazing. Its what's expected of Holiday Inn. It seemed far from central location, but really it wasn't. We had unlimited pass and it worked into place. We had free breakfast and the service was amazing. Room was clean and nice.

Exactly what you expect from a modern Holiday Inn - decent size room. Ours had a nice double bed, plus a double sofa bed. Bedding for the sofa bed was missing but the very friendly staff had bedding in the room in a few minutes. Continental breakfast was decent albeit a little basic - but overall excellent value for money at £89 on a Friday night

The only real query that we had was every morning the maid would ring the room and hang up to wake us even though we had a do not disturb sign up. We also asked could we stay for another day as we had been there for the previous 5 nights, and would there have been a cheaper rate available, we were told the standard rate and to look on line!!!! Also i felt the room rate was very high compared to the other hotels we have stayed in, in CENTRAL london.
