I stayed there for 6 nights and love the convenient location linked via the carpark to the shopping mall and the Paragon Bus Interchange. Coming by train, it is just a 5mins walk to the hotel. The reception is on the 2nd floor. The room & toilet is small but clean. Bed is also comfortable. Breakfast is simple but nice. Love the Croissants. The hotel staff is also friendly and helpful. The kettle and hairdryer was not working and they replaced it promptly. I will always go back to this hotel if I need to be in Hull.

Good clean hotel with very pleasant helpful staff. Convenient position for visiting and for shopping. Will definitely stay there again.

Best hotel I have stayed in in Hull in the past 7 years, good location carparking can be a problem when busy and Bar is very expensive

Good points: Location, value for money, reasonable sized room, basic breakfast included, helpful staff. Bad points: Air conditioning so public areas can be warm, noisy if open windows (fine if closed), bland exterior and interior. Some noisy late night guests on Saturday night. Neither: Key operated lifts, basic buffet breakfast with chain style cheese in airline plastic bags i.e. nothing local about the food or drink, decor, design, etc. typical bland clone hotel i.e. could be anywhere and easy to forget. Would I book again? Yes for location and price, no if found an equivalent.

Althoug I was driving to Hull for the first time, It was easy to find the hotel since it is few hundrad meters away from the Railway Station. The staff were friendly. One thing that I hate and it happens over and over again in UK is the fact that Hotels say that they have parking without mentioning that it is not their parking area and you will be charged for it. Same here, there was a secure parking area but have to pay 2 pounds per hour during the day and not sure how much at night. The hotel over all was good. The only drawback is the paid parking and the fact that LCD TV does not have any paid channels, which means watch only UK channels.
