I booked this as I was travelling, and the location more or less adjacent to Sants station was perfect for that along with easy connection to the airport. The views from my 9th floor room were great - southerly towards Placa D'Espaya and the Olympic Park. The area is a bit devoid of facilities i.e. restaurants / shops but the access to the Metro means that that is not too much of a problem. (Tarragona Metro station is probably slightly closer than Sants.) Breakfast had a wider choice than some hotels I've stayed at including a choice of hot (well warm to be honest) food. The usual downside as in most Spanish hotels is the lack of tea / coffee making facilities in the room! What little contact I had with staff was always courteous, with my attempts at basic Spanish politely tolerated! I would stay again although a more central location would appeal to most, but the price would reflect that.

The staff was rather friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean, but we did have an issue with noise complaints from our neighbors which I would gather was due to the thin walls as opposed to us having an excessive noise level. The only downfall was that we were charged for purchasing from the minibar because wrappers were left behind by the previous guests. This incident did make me question how thoroughly the hotel room was cleaned prior to our arrival.

The best hotel I have stayed in by far. Location was great, it was very clean & the staff were very helpful & very friendly. To top it all off the price was extremely reasonable.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. The 70´s buildning has been modernized in a successful way. The location is excellent considering the airport and travelling. The pool is very nice. The only thing I am not so pleased about is that we booked the more expensive executive room mainly because of the Wifi. It was only at the hotel that we noticed that the Wifi in the excecutive room is for free only, when you make the booking directly from the hotel`s on website.

it is so convenient located at Sants estacion where it takes us only 25 min to get to the airport by train ! Plus, T 10 tkts covers this zone ! we had a very confident stay in Barcelona without saying a word of Spanish ! Buy 1 T 10 tkts costs 7.85 Euro covers all our 2 days commuter costs!
