This place was a run-down, nasty, dump that was in a very bad part of Jacksonville. In the bathroom, the floor was falling through and you could see through the floor. There was a crack at the top of the door and the bottom of the door that was big enough that a small animal (rat, squirrel, etc.). In the daylight on the next day, the roof on the buildings were in need of replacement.

well the price was good, but we did not stay. When roaches greet you at the door it's time to find a different hotel/motel.
