Lovely hotel in a wonderful location. Staff in Yatchting bar superb especialy Luca who is a manager of the future-no doubt. Our room 319 was nice but very small considering what we paid.There was no balcony and not much room to sit other than on the bed.All the staff were charming and curteous and overall we enjoyed our stay.Next time we will request a larger room.

We loved everything about the hotel (especially the breakfasts, the view from our room, the staff, and facilities) but the cost of dining there is prohibitive. I know we were in a luxury hotel, but 80 euro for brunch (with the dollar the way it is) is too much. Fortunately, we found some delightful places to eat within easy walking distance. The hotel could consider some less expensive alternative for guests, and the 7 euro frozen mini-pizzas in the gaming lounge is not the answer. No concierge available (or at least in sight). Hotel is grand but could not consider it again at today's exchange rate. Realize we had a bargain this time.

The hotel lived up very well to its 5 star assessment and we had no complaints

Beautiful hotel but any services are very expensive, internet access from your room is €22 per day and lunch by the pool is €18 for a regular sandwich or salad. Rooms nice but a bit dated in decor. Staff could not be nicer.
