This was our 2nd stay at Excellence Riviera Cancun- It was just fabulous! We thought it couldn't get any better from last year and it did. They added lunch on the beach daily as well as some new entertainment....The only teeny tiny thing for us would be the beds, for as great as everything is we thought the beds were not comfortable at all. However, with a few blankets we were good to go! the food, staff, entertainment, beach, pool area were all top notch! Looking forward to year #3!

ocean front room with club upgrade is the best. Spa is the best you will find. Staff is there for all your needs

My husband and I celebrated our 11th Wedding Anniversary at Excellence Riviera Cancun. This is a perfect romantic adult only resort. We enjoyed the nightly entertainment. The food was good...what I expected from an all inclusive resort. Staff was exceptional and everyone had a smile on their face. Location of the hotel is close to the airport which is a positive. Most definitely will go back.

something to do every evening,live music and shows,very attentive staff,not too far from cancun or playa del carman for shopping,room s cleaned twice a day,would go back,liked this resort a lot more than el dorado royale,better food ,better service,

The excellence staff was incredible. Prior to arriving I worked with concierge through email and they helped us with our airport to hotel transportation. Along with arranging for a birthday cake and room decorations for my friends 45th. Checkin was speedy and no discussion of timeshare presentations, which was wonderful. They give you a pager to let you know when your room is ready. My friends and I loved the martini bar, XO lounge at night and the waiter service at our swim up room pool.
