Full marks for facilities and service, particularly the friendly and welcoming staff and superb food. Definitely one of the best in this category that we have ever stayed in.

The Staff were very helpful and polite. But I really think the hotel should make it known a deposit is required at check in. This was not a problem for Myself but could be for some younger travellers.

Had a very enjoyable stay. We had a triple bed room and the beds where very very comfortable and the room was spacious. The hotel is excellent and the breakfast buffet was first class. A very clean, bright and comfortable hotel and staff are very friendly. If traffic noise is a problem then ensure you request a room away from the main road. The hotel is only a few short minutes away by bus or taxi from Derry city centre. Would definitely book this hotel again.
