disappointed with the non english speaking all the time i was at reception when they were trying to work out our reservation problem. Have not a problem with non english when customers are not around but dont think it is appropriate when customers around

very nice hotel. clean sheets and great service. rooms might need some updating as it s quite vintage. the shower facility is really good. love the water pressure. overall, it is one of the best budget hotel.

Room was very small, but suitable for our use which was simply for sleeping.

The other reviews i have read about this motel, have been ever so nice. This motel should be shut down, it smells as soon as you walk in the door. The room was like staying in a prison cell, only you have a shower and toilet. The room was dirty and smelt like paint(as if it was painted the day before) there were 2 air conditioners and neither worked. We stayed for about 3 hours the first night and didn't bother going back the second, the place mad me sick. The room i booked i didn't get my 3 month old had to sleep with us there was no room to put anything else for him to sleep in. The whole place was discusting, i wouldn't recomend staying there, pitch a tent instead, thats all i can say.

Its not real flash,but clean and comfortable,with in walking distance of the Caulfield Racecourse,and a great Racecourse Hotel,would stay there again.
