Eurostars Roma Congress Hotel Rome Guest Reviews
A good place to stay once you manage to reach to the hotel. You cannot compare R. Congress to some of the hotels in the centre with terrible housekeeping which would charge you as much. However, Rome Congress is located quite far away from the city centre and you need to take a bus and a metro to reach to centre which to me was the only problem.

Very nice hotel, spacious and luxurious. Very Friendly staff and helpful staff also. It is located a bit far from the city centre but there is shuttle bus service as also public bus passing from the nearby street which connects to the city metro.

The rooms are spacious and so clean and very modern. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is air conditioned too. The location was the major issue. It is so far from Rome and we had to take the hotel shuttle back and forth, and this meant we had two departure timing options and two returning timing options. We tried the local transport once, but having to use the tram and then take a bus consumed a lot of time, and this was not convenient. What made the location more unsatisfactory that there weren't much to do in the area: very few restaurants at walking distances, the main street that we had to walk had no pavement all along, and we found ourselves on the edge of the street at many parts of it! The hotel itself has one restaurant, and hadn't a gym or a swimming pool.

The price was great the rooms are very modern. The carpet was a little dirty and the air conditioner in our room wasn't working properly. The hotel is out of the center of Rome about 18km or so. The hotel only has three shuttles that run in they have a 8:00/10;00/12:00 going in and two coming back. You need to reserve a spot on them and they fill up fast. There is a bus the 508 you can pick up at Tenuta della Mistica (near the hotel) that runs to the B metro line station Ponte Mammolo's. Coming back you can do the same thing, the b line stops running at 9pm. If you get into a jamb take the green line tram 14 it runs down Via Prenestina to about the 600-650 block before it tuns off prenestina. You need to get off at that turn. That puts you about 2km away from the hotel and you can pick the 508 up a block or so up the road take you to Tenuta della Mistica. You can also take a cab from the train station should run you about 20-25 Euros. The all day bus pass runs 4 euros

Not far away renovated rooms, the result is good. Overpriced breakfast, ( not including ). Free wi-fi only the hall, the rooms only wired and charged. Large free indoor parking place. The navigation systems address is not good, better the Emilio Longoni 3. The near Carrefour market including a very good value cafe ( capuccino only 0,8 EUR , toast 1,3 EUR )
