Excellent location and clean and comfortable. Room was a bit small, but OK for 2 nights.

Way to expensive for a normal 4 star hotel. Nothing extremely good or bad.

Correct, but not as exclusive or as beautiful as announced. Big construction works just beneath the hotel (masonry drills, beginning of July). Kind hotel staff.

This hotel is an excellent hotel, with very helpful staff and the amenities are also very good. The hotel is quite central but a bit far from the railway station (Renfe) connecting Madrid. On foot it was difficult to find (also due to works going on nearby) but on arrival, a good surprise awaits the guests as the hotel is near the aquaduct and as it offers good comfort and a value for money.
