Helpful and polite front desk and housekeeping staff. Had a very good breakfast buffet, nice small gym and rooftop sundeck. Location is excellent; a couple of blocks from the beach with great restaurants and tapas bars as well as many of the Alicante sights and attractions all close by. Rooms were pleasant, clean, reasonably well-appointed and quiet for the most part. I'd stay there again and/or recommend it to a friend.

I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions and it is always a pleasure. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is of a good standard.

Pleasant hotel in excellent location. Rooms not overlooking the Plaza are a bit dark. Reception staff very helpful.

an excellent, business user type hotel aswell as holidaymakers. shame the square to the front is being repaved at the moment with very noisy hydraulic eqpt going all day, will be lovely when done. a small interesting antique/fleamarket in the cloisters on a sunday morning immediately outside the hotel door. views of the santa barbara castle from front balconys excellent. all round very good, would return.
