We found all of the staff at the hotel to be very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the bedroom,dining area and general reception areas was maintained to a high standard. The road signs to the hotel were difficult to see and follow when we first arrived at night and, although the hotel does have a huge display we failed to see it. We would return to the hotel and would striongly recommend it to our family and friends

The hotel, at the Olympic Stadium, is not a good location. It's difficult to get to anywhere. Very friendly and helpful staff and rooms are spotless. Free wireless available in rooms but it didn't work for me. However, wireless is available in the lobby, which did work. The breakfast is mediocre.
