Eurostars International Palace Rome Hotel Guest Reviews
We were promptly taken care of by the very professional front desk staff. We arrived quite early in the day and our rooms were available within the hour. This gave us enough time to cross the street and have a lovely break fast and enjoy a delicious espresso after a long flight. Our triple was OK for its size. We were only staying one night and so found it adequate. Another couple we traveled with had what appeared to be a deluxe double that was comparable to many American hotels. The hotel is located 2 blocks from the Termini but within walking distance of the Fontana di Trevi, other sights and what seemed like hundreds of restaurants. WiFi was included and accessible from our room. We paid additional for the buffet breakfast the next morning as we slept late and didn't feel like exploring the neighborhood. It was quite extensive and tasty with the usual assortment of breads, pastries, fruits, yogurt, cereals, cheeses, eggs, breakfast meats and charcuterie. Juice, teas and water with and without gas and wine were also included. All in all we were quite pleased.

Excellent hotel. Room is a little small, but it was clean and quiet. Good location. Good service.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my wife in early May 2011. The location of the hotel in Via Nazionale is great. Termini Railway station and Repubblica are within walking distance and most of the main sights can be eached very easily by foot. There are numerous restaurants nearby and a supermarket directly opposite. The hotel is clean and serviced well, but, does not have too many facilities. Our double room was small -the door nearly touching the bed, but, we managed to negotiate an up-grade at no extra cost for the last 2 nights. Overall a comfortable hotel and good value for money; strongly recommended if you plan to sight see in Rome. Advice is to request a room at the side or back of the hotel, since the main road is noisy. Also ask for a large room, otherwise you will be given one in which it will be hard to move around.

It was a big surprise to find such a hotel in the heart of Rome. A very nice hotel with an affordable price; nice location, nice rooms, everything looks new and clean. The breakfast and the service ist excellent. I fully recommend it.

We didn't get our room serviced on one of the days we stayed, staff were rude and short on some times. Great Location short walking distance from most of the big attractions.
