Eurostars Hotel Vienna Guest Reviews
The rooms were clean and bedding was changed cleaned daily. Staff very helpful and friendly, although it took three tries before we got the room that was satisfactory. The room and fitness room were terribly hot and maintenance suggested (being unable to regulate the heat) that we have the window wide open at night. Which we did. Carpeting in the hallways and chair in the Breakfast Room needed cleaning. The hotels website advertises a restaurant, however it was only used as a breakfast room (very good breakfast) and lunches and dinners were not available. One had to take the streetcar to downtown to get something to eat. Bar open 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Completely closed on New Year's Eve. It was impossible to t a cup of coffee during the day in an area where there were no upscale restaurants or lounges. Being a handicapped this arrangement was very inconvenient. Lowwter pressure. At times unable to get water from the tap.

This is the second time we stayed here and were very satisfied, it is a place where you can rest after a tiresome day in Vienna. We will go there again :)

To expensive hotel for that level of service. No parking, no wireless internet

The hotel eas good and the personel very nice (especially Angelika). Just a smal comments on pool: the water was a litle bit cold.
