Incroyablement surprise, situation a deux pas des métros et bus rapiditer pour aller au centre de londres, cartier chaleureusement animée, hôtel propre bien entretenue je mettrais un point bémol sur le petit déjeuner ou il ne se foule véritablement pas mais possibilité de manger un break faste british dans le cartier entre 5 et 13£. Pour ma part j'y retournerais

I have never been as disappointed as i was staying in this hotel.. We found the staff so unfriendly and unhelpful, the smell of paint around the hotel was so uncomfortable that we had to make other arrangements to eat else where.. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and as this was my first trip to london i feel so unhappy and disappointed after waiting so long to get over...

Ummmm, where shall I begin???? This place was so awful that zero stars is what it deserves! Honestly, orbitz.com, you need to find another hotel to offer clients because for 3 nights I paid over $300 - ridiculous! I called to request a refund because all other hotels in the surrounding area had no available rooms, therefore, I was stuck with this one. I can't even write about this anymore....

We had a very very small room right at the top of the hotel and unfortunately on an extremely hot day! There were no fans on a/c and no air from the window which meant the little time we spent in the room we had to keep having cold showers just to cool down and have our door wide open through the night! not ideal! Our bathroom door didnt close either although this wasnt a problem for us personally and the bed was also extremely small for two people! On the plus side the people were really friendly at check in and helpful taking us directly to our room. The price was very good for London and was not far from the tube station and over looked clapham common which was lovely.

The hotel was lacking lots of work on the bottom floor, it felt like you were walking through a building site. Rooms were cosy though and was as expected for a 2*.
