I selected Eureka mainly because: 1. Allows early check-in - I arrived in Dubai around 4.30am and was given a room at 5.30am (check-in time = 2pm). I requested and was given a non-smoking room. Room's clean and adequately maintained 2. Nice location - Cab driver may find it difficult to locate the hotel. So, print the map provided in the website as a guide. - 2 cybercafes around 400m from the hotel (that i found) - MAJOR PLUS - located around 250m from the Al Rigga Metro station. A much cheaper option than the cabs to move around. Other facts 1. For the price that I'd paid for the room, I got no complaints. If you want better food, go to the restaurants. 2. A small swimming pool on the rooftop, you'd enjoy a quiet and private moments there. In summary, the place is perfect for budget travelers / businessmen on a short trip - those who need a place to sleep/shower/store their luggage and spent their days outside.

there reciption has no exprince about hospitality, they dont know how to talk to customer

Reception staff were very rude and did not help with our requests. The room was musty, even the bedlinen had stains on it. The only good thing about this hotel is its location.

The Eureka Hotel represents good value for money. Breakfast and the restaurant are fairly average and can be crowded but meals are very cheap. Service from front desk staff is cool and efficient. A nice rooftop pool - small and without any shade but great for cooling off. Restaurants and a mini market are very close and it is within walking distance of the Creek The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the Airport Would recommend for a cheap stopover of one or two nights

Generally we were very happy with the hotel. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The location was a bit out of the way and the traffic in the Deira area was bad. The breakfast was ok but we did think that bacon was meant to be part of the menu. The tourist desk staff did need to know what they were offering, i.e. the night we went on the desert safari there was no belly dancing as it was a religious day but we weren't told about that, and the big bus tour could go for 48 hours not two specific days(which we would have liked to have known about). As far as we could work out the two bars and restaurants didn't happen for us.
