Excellent breakfast. Service was good by Czech standards but was not up to international 5 star levels.

This was a beautiful hotel with excellent service. The breakfast was very delicious and the service was extremely hospitable. You are even served the exclusive sparkling wine made for their hotel at breakfast. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and polite. The spa & beauty services were very professionally and you could pre-book treatments before arriving by email (hotel web-site), phone or fax. This is a definite plus. We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

wonderful setting overlooking picturesque Marienbad, we stayed in December and pretty much had the run of the Hotel to ourselves, staff were helpful and efficient
