Close to marina and to the Metro for concerts. Walking distance to capuccino strip.

Great location, just across the park from Little Creatures brewery (a must) and the Mussel House (also good. Rooms barely better than Motel standard, but reasonably comfortable. The shower was good but I could never find that bath to use the bath salts they gave me !!! (A friend who stayed there had a bath apparently though so it must just be some rooms that don't have them). The food was reasonably good and there was a guest laundry ($5 per wash and $5 per dry, plus powder available at reception). Yet another hotel that charges an exceptionally high rate for broadband ($29 per day) despite it being better described as narrowband- painfully painfully slow.....

The hotel has two great pools that are easy to spend hours in. It is a convenient place to access by train. Close to beach, playground and lots of places to eat. It would be nice if the coffee in the rooms was better quality.
