This apartment was just lovely. We couldn't believe our eyes when we opened the door. We had a view over a -park from one window and a view of the Royal Palace from the bedroom. It is right at a metro station although Madrid is such a walkable city that we only used it to get to and from the airport. The kitchen seemed well equipped although we ate out.

we were very dissapointed that the air.con didnt work very good. and that there was not a kettle or microwave.

The aircon didn't seem to be working but as it was September & only max 24 outside this didn't make it uncomfortable. The rooms were well equipped apart from the one essesntial for to make that coffee in the morning - a kettle. Otherwise very clean, well equipped, very nice staff who are reall patient if you want to speak Spanish, and the location just off the Grand Via where everything you want is available.

self catering room no electric jug no toaster no microwave prepaid breakfast was very expensive no fault of hotel but of this site $17.50 Aud for very basic continental breakfast
