Would have liked more assistance in terms of tours and things around the area and breakfast left a bit to be desired. room was nice but layout a bit unconventional making it difficult to move our bag in and out of the room

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. Excellent location and price. Had some problems with internet access in room but staff very helpful in trying to sort in out, even getting someone from IT to speak with me after midnight. Would def stay there again.

room is quite modern but there is no wireless connection. it was also a bit noisy due to renovation.

The physical facilities in the hotel is tip top for any travellers, the staffs are generally helpful but the consistency tends to lapse between departments. However, as for business travellers, this is a nightmare hotel as the wireless connection is virtually non existent and you would have to pay 10 euro everyday to get a password that gets you now where on line. No cable points are offered nor the staffs are able to help as they know this is an 'old' problem. I have to stay up in the lobby till 3 am at night just to get my mails sent out. I checked out and settled for a less comfortable hotel but at least i need not move my work to the lobby.
