I checked in and went in my room at midnight to find out that the room was not clean. There was even stuff in the wc! And worse of all thre was no one to clean. The guy on the front desk had to come to clean but the sheets on the bed were not changed. The executive room, that supposedly I got and paid for, was even worse than the regular rooms.

We stayed here for one night visiting Brussel. As a place to sleep it was fine. The room was clean enough and the bed was relatively comfortable. Staff very accomodating and friendly. There are also free parking places at the hotel. As only disadvantage I would like to mention not very large selection at breakfast (no vegetables at all).

No frills, very average decoration, but functional: the beds are good, the plumbery OK, the showers perfect(Could have liked larger shower towels), the parking (just about) adequate, the place quiet, checkout effective, service quick and friendly -what more for the price ?

We were really delicated by service provided. Person who checked us in was awesomely helpful. (Thank you.)The facilities are of higher standard then one could expect for the price. Breakfast - outstanding. The hotel must have its own bakery - have never eaten so lovely croassants... Will definitely use again.
