Facilities, only had one knife and spoon, had to ask for extra so two people could eat! Location ok, but in a dip so little sun when we were there. It was cold and the heat pump barely got the room warm, not very effecient in really cold weather. An extra fan heater would have been good. Paving slabs in driveway were permanently damp and layered with green algae, needs a water blast to clean.

This Hotel, while not "bad" was probably below average in facilities. Heating was not very effective especially when it was cold and wet. Beds were uncomfortable. Decor left a little to be desired. Did not try out their dining facilities but think the Restaurant was closed anyway. Location was good for what we wanted.

The walls could do with a paint, and a clean, but other than that room was suitable for what we needed and the service was good, family that run it are very nice.

Very comfortable bed - hotel is in a quiet location. Internet facilities were good. The decor is quite dated, the lighting in the room could be better. No steam extractor in the bathroom. Window and door locks need updating.
