we had a one bedroom apartment, which was quite adequate for three people. The kitchen was a reasonable size. The apartment was claen and tidy but the carpets were well worn and overdue for replacement. The concierge was helpful. The location is good about a 10-15 minute walk to ESB, and there is a Subway station a few minutes walk.

The decor was tired, stained and well-worn but serviceable. Good location, quiet and well-appointed room meant that had all we needed for our stay despite needing a touch up. Service was friendly and responsive to our requests.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet my suite was. The front desk was not always manned, so there were 3 times when I had to wait for several minutes before someone appeared to answer questions. That said, I would recommend the Envoy Club Apartment Hotel to others.

Rooms large but somewhat dated and shabby. Furniture , and particulary the chairs, in dire need of replacement. Rates are on the high side considering the current condition of rooms but it looks like they are starting to update them. However it seems a bit strange that they provide fax machines & VCR's in the rooms, but no internet connection. Still location was good if you want lower midtown east and staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room's decor was dark and dingy, but the apartment was clean and the kitchen well equiped. Great place to stay if you are out sightseeing all day and just want somewhere to sleep! There was no hotel directory in the room, so had to ask reception for everything, but they were helpful. Great location though, only a few blocks walk to subway and Empire State Building.

The hotel rooms are very clean with excellent facilities. The apartment was cleaned everyday. The downside is alot of the apartments are rented out to local families and one particular early morning there was a lot of shouting and banging going on. The hotel could do with perhaps new carpeting and a brighter coat of paint. The location of the hotel is a good 25 mins walk to Times Square and the nearest Subway is about 10 mins walk up 33rd Street.

The staff on arrival were very friendly, when contacting the desk they were always very helpful and nothing was too much to do. It was my daughters first trip to new york with her best pal, they thoroughly enjoyed it. I can also say that the little take away that actually delivered free of charge, shops just round the corner were excellent value. I will definitely book there again.
