we had a one bedroom apartment, which was quite adequate for three people. The kitchen was a reasonable size. The apartment was claen and tidy but the carpets were well worn and overdue for replacement. The concierge was helpful. The location is good about a 10-15 minute walk to ESB, and there is a Subway station a few minutes walk.

The decor was tired, stained and well-worn but serviceable. Good location, quiet and well-appointed room meant that had all we needed for our stay despite needing a touch up. Service was friendly and responsive to our requests.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet my suite was. The front desk was not always manned, so there were 3 times when I had to wait for several minutes before someone appeared to answer questions. That said, I would recommend the Envoy Club Apartment Hotel to others.

Rooms large but somewhat dated and shabby. Furniture , and particulary the chairs, in dire need of replacement. Rates are on the high side considering the current condition of rooms but it looks like they are starting to update them. However it seems a bit strange that they provide fax machines & VCR's in the rooms, but no internet connection. Still location was good if you want lower midtown east and staff are very friendly and helpful.
