Room was comfortable and had all amenities required. Some minor maintenance issues which were attended to promptly. Resort facilities such as pool were good. Location was great, easy walking distance to all Surfers Paradise attractions, close to public transport.

This is a body corp owned property with numerous owners some of whom are prepared to invest in keeping their apartments up to a reasonable standard & some not. We spent the first two nights in a rundown, shabby apartment & then managed to move to a well maintained, quite nice apartment that we were happy with. I would suggest that you don't commit to staying there until you are able to inspect the apartment you would be in and feel that the management should refuse to let apartments that are not kept up to a good standard. Otherwise the grounds & pool are well maintained and the property is best suited to familys.

This is a Body Corp owned property with numerous owners some of which are prepared to spend to keep their units up to a good standard & some not. I spent two nights in a rundown, shabby apartment & then managed to get transferred to a very nice well kept apartment for the rest of my stay. I feel that if an owner is not prepared to keep their apartment up to a reasonable standard then the managers should refuse to let it. At present it is a lottery as to the standard of apartment you are allocated, but if you get a well kept apartment then the place is good and the grounds and pool are well maintained.

Older 3 level buildings with clean albeit ageing rooms. Short 300m stroll to beach and 800m to Cavill mall. Best gardens encountered in any hotel in Surfers. Beutiful large pool and spa. A great family feel. Well maintained and managed. Will definitely stay there again.

Apartment very central and close to the local bus route with friendly staff. Outside area was very user friendly and had a range from couples and families to permanent people staying in complex.
