The king room is amazing, huge, nicely done, much bigger than those at Wynn. I ordered dinner to the room on our first night, and got a bad food poisoning -- even days later I was not well. The manager of the in room dining refunded the price of the entre only (so cheap really, since we spent there quite a lot), but the hotel management would refuse even that. In addition, your could hear the music from the outdoor club all day and night (!), even on the 26th floor, so have earplugs with you. The music was on all the time and the hotel was packed with trash crowd. We couldn't believe it. I would neither stay at Encore again, nor at Wynn.

If you're looking to avoid some of the crowds, find good looking people, this is the hotel you want!

The Encore is a bit ostentatious but that's just how things are in Vegas. The important thing is that it's clean, comfortable, and pretty close to luxurious. Service is uniformly good, although when things get busy you might have to wait a bit to talk to the concierge/front desk. Every room is a suite, and if they're all like mine they are roomy and well appointed. My view from the 27th floor was great, and there are another 30 or so floors above that one (I think they charge a little more for rooms in the top half of the hotel. Two very minor complaints: there's no DVD player, and if you want a refrigerator you need to have them bring one to your room (the one that's built in only has space for the minibar stock). Depending on your deal you may get free wifi - it's the fastest & most reliable I've used in any hotel. Really nice. Even if you get a good deal on your room (I did), expect to pay a little more for everything else on the premises. Food and drinks are generally a little expensive, and you can find tables with lower minimum bets elsewhere on the strip. But if you're looking for the cheapest place in Vegas, you probably shouldn't be at the Encore anyway (check out Wild Bill's!).

The Encore is first class all the way. Every room is a suite with a grand view. The staff was amazingly attentive from the moment we arrived until we left. Amazing restaurants (Sinatra is the BEST), amenities, and casino. You can walk right over to the Wynn for their not-to-be-missed buffet. The hotel is on the north end of the strip so it is much more quiet, and you can hop on the tram to go south to the hustle and bustle. We would recommend the Encore to everyone, and we will definitely stay there again.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are modern and elegant -- I loved them! The gym is not really up to par without free weights however. Otherwise a very pleasant experience. Plus a healthy menu with vegan/vegetarian options.

The Encore Hotel's physical environment was "immaculate"! However, the customer service and communication between the tangible or intangible benefits of the Hotel's property was poorly coordinated. Also, helpful comments or 'good deed' offers felt like a "I got you" experience...the attitude was 'not to worry, we will take what we want from you'... making for an unsatisfactory overall experience. )O: Would recommend with caution!

Encore and Wynn are the best hotels in town! Excellent service, very clean, beautiful pools and modern decor. It's at the end of the strip, but you got a great mall across the street. I guess is a good exercise to walk the strip or just get a cab. Buffet and restaurants are the best. Rooms are beautiful. I will totally recomend it.

The lobby was elegant and their motif is red and butterflies. I know that sounds cheesy weird but it works. The rooms were roomy, nice, comfortable, & clean. The bed and pillows were also very comfy. The towels, at first seemed like typical hotel towels but they were the most absorbent I have ever experienced in a hotel, or ever. They have smoking and non-smoking floors and a whole bunch of great restaurants. They also have this great man-made waterfall/lake thing that’s pretty cool which you can see from a few of the restaurants. Overall, I would stay at the Encore again.

THERE IS A RECURRING THEME THROUGHOUT THE HOTEL OF BUTTERFLIES.THE MOSAIC BUTTERFLIES INLAID ON THE FLOOR ARE THE BEST.THE DECOR OF THE GARDENS AS WELL IS EXCITING AND ENTERTAINING. EACH RESTAURANT HAS ITS SPECIAL MOTIF AND COLOR AND ITS DIFFERENT MENUS.THE SHOW LE REVE WAS EXCELLENT..I RECOMMEND IT HIGHLY. ..RED IS THE PREVAILING COLOR SO THE BEIGE IN OTHER AREAS WAS WELCOMED.WE USED THE SOCIETY DINING AREA MOST,I LIKED THE BLACK AND WHITE FOR A CHANGE. COMPLIMENTARY SLIPPERS IN THE BATHROOMS MAY BE A GOOD ADDITION...

We usually stay at other hotels and have been extremely happy with those resorts. Wife wanted to try this resort so we decided to give it a shot. Huge disappointment!!! We prepaid for a suite with king size bed but when we got to the hotel, the staff at the check in counter tried to stifle us for a regular room with queen size bed. Their excuse was that they don’t have the room we paid for available and instead of offering to upgrade us, they were trying to downgrade our reservation to a lower quality room. We asked to speak to a manager and after a few minutes of talking with him, all of sudden they had a room available that matched our original reservation. Strange, huh? We also did not get any housekeeping the next day and after being out all day we came back to an unmade room. Probably first time this has ever happened to me as far back as I can remember. Everything in this resort is super expensive and their resort fees amount to $24/day which is on top of all the other taxes you already pay for the room. Drinks at the bars were super expensive, the food is very good at their restaurants but again super expensive. Luckily we were not on a budget! During check out I told the front desk that our room was not made and that was not very convenient. The best they could do is offer to fill out a comment card. One positive thing is the night life. It seemed to attract huge crowds to their night clubs on Saturday night.
