I decided try a new hotel on for this trip and it is okfor the price. If you are planning a BIG shopping trip, you might think about booking a hotel with a bigger room. Location is good: 5 min walk to Tin Hau MTR Stop and there is a tram stop just 1 min walk from the lobby. The down side for this place is that there is no area in front of the hotel for pick up and drop off.

Location of the hotel requires abt a gd 5 mins walk from the MTR thus not suitable for kids or elder. Also, the breakfast selection is very limited and far from acceptable. The lights in the hotel lobby and lift the hotel is very very dim, almost darkness. thus have to stare for awhile before identifying the level. There is also very little good eateries ard thus may need to travel a fair bit. The only positive vibe is the friendly staffs... likely my first and last time in this hotel.

We paid extra for the 'superior' room, and access to the 'club lounge'. The room was very small - hard to imagine a 'less-than-superior' room being even smaller! Slowest lifts we've ever encountered - all the time. The 'club lounge' was a joke - really just a 3 table area with very limited snacks in the late afternoon and cheap wine. A cheap espresso maker and no fresh milk ever. The breakfast was really boring - watermelon as the 'fresh fruit' and low quality food otherwise. It served our purposes, but was very disappointing,

The room is a little small but quite comfortable with a nice big screen TV at the end of the bed. Location is handy, only minutes away from the MTR and walkable to Causeway Bay shops/Sogo/Times Square (10-15 mins). The price was quite high but booking last minute I had very little choice, especially Saturday night was about 2-3 times more than other nights, not sure if there was some special event on or that's always the case for Saturdays in HK. If it was cheaper I'd have no hesitation staying here again, although slightly concerning is that the luggage storage area is behind a curtain screen in what appears to be like a driveway, so not too sure about how safe it it, I think they chain the suitcases but still a bit concerning!

THE LCD in the room displayed a " wellcome message and wish us a pleasant evening during our stay". Just want to highlight the the lightening in the lift was a big dark and it was difficult for people with not good eye sight to see

Stayed here for 18 nights. We were switched to another room on day12 due to a leaking toilet. After we settled in the new room, the safe wasn't working but they were able to arrange a mechanic to fix it immediately. To my surprise, I received a Tiramisu cake and birthday card on my special day thru room service. Service was efficient and friendly. Great location. We will definitely stay here again.

booked a double room...but the manager could only give us a twin room, and said i have booked a room for "double person" not "double bed"!! What service is that!! In addition, the bathroom kept leaking water into the room which the problem could never be solved....the only way is to place lots of towels on the floor.....definitely not visiting the second time.

A transit hotel. Don't expect any pleasantries of a bar or nice restaurant. But as a transit hotel, it's just fine. Close to an MTR station and good information in your room about departing flights. Friendly staff. The rooms were very small, and there was a plumbing problem on my floor. In spite of this, it was an enjoyable stay.

Conveniently located with bus stop across the hotel to Causeway Bay/Sogo (routes #8,8P,2). Glass screen for washroom with magic glass to frost screen for privacy. Double swinging glass door for washroom and toilet. Reasonably comfortable bedding.Terry cloth toweling robes with sandals are provided. Broadband/WiFi available at a charge. Room space on a smaller scale-may not be suitable with those having two large luggages. Complimentary tea/coffee making are provided, though no complimentary bottled mineral water. Close to many outside local eateries and convenience stores. 8 mins walk from Tin Hau MTR station(Exit A1).

The room was neat and tidy. Small but clean. The staff is courteous and always ready to help you out. The location of the hotel is ok. The city view room did not provide any view (at least not the ones we were in).

I would have expected free internet access or at least an internet terminal somewhere. Also no printer which would be nice considering this is mainly for the business traveler. Room was small, but very nice. I like the magic glass. The rainfall shower was nice too. The view was ok, but the location is very convenient and close to the Metro. Overall, I was happy except for the internet which was very expensive and the expensive breakfast

Overall stay is okay, their bathroom design is questinable in the standard room, waters overflow from rainshower stand to the rest of sink area, sewage line is not well prep!

Tiny rooms and very poor food at breakfast. Earlier commentes from other guests about the lifts are still valid - they never all work at the same time

My stay was saved by the front office manager George....who went out of his way to resolve problems. Be warned - the club rate does not mean club facilities or a lounge, just an equally small room on a higher floor. The lifts never all work at once, and the entertainment system is too complex for its own good. Consequently it also breaks. Food at breakfast ranged from fair to dire - the better items came from cans or the freezer. When it is cheap online it represents adequate value at an accessible location- but it tries too hard to be hip instead of convenient.

I had a very pleasant stay, nice breakfast and a bathroom in the room with a magic glass, that becomes transparent at a press of a button. Seriously, apart from internet in the room being quite expensive, the hotel has nothing to be unhappy with.
